Your comment was that someone (you) who merges databases could fix this issue easily. It's not a merge issue if it became an issue AFTER the merge, it most likely happened during routing maintenance since the merge completed and it wasn't until 3 days in this happened. So my answer is still no, you are wrong in assuming they don't know what they are doing, not no, it cannot be done. Better?
