Either way Evony is well aware any merge isn't perfect. I know it's hard to have patience when you feel like you've been robbed of your account masterpiece. Anyone who has put money into this game would feel the same way.
All you can do at this point is let helpspot.evony.com know, and this thread will also get their attention, but they DO need specifics to figure out what happened.
1. Server merge issue beginnings and when you re-registered for it prior to the merge
2. In-game name, alliance, account balace, and paypal fowards
Get anyone and everyone who has this issue to do so, they'll be working on it as we speak even if they have to revert back to an original state temporarily. This problem (not exact problem but similar) has happened before, that's why server mergers are such a big undertaking, this stuff can happen. Start creating the tickets, let Evony fix the issues. If it's server wide and all backdated from the week before, it'll be something huge they'll work on around the clock for.
