Why the heck are AbstractAngel and Ashanta posting on this thread. If your not an Evony Team employee, why are you posting here. You are obviously not helping any of us that have problems, we don't need your sympathies, what we need is for the actual evony employees to somehow contact their idiot tech person and somehow fix this. There is no excuse as to why they did this to Server 82 only. Give everyone their money back that they have spent on the game, give us a separate server back, reset SS26 properly, or combine us with SS27 when its created.
Well all of Server 82 is just looking for a fix. We don't want other help that doesn't get anything done. I say anyone that can't do anything to fix the problem but persists to act like they do, their "Services" aren't needed, at least not for me and some others (i think its pretty obvious)

Yes they would have eventually noticed and would have responded, but I tried to speed up the process seeing a big issue and being the only one on the forum at the time. I apologize if this offends you in any way, however if anything I have posted is incorrect or against what Evony has told you, please report me to my direct superiors via PM. Valkirah or Dawnseeker can review your request and deal with me accordingly.

Seeing how infractions were handed out earlier, my guess is that Dawn's response to someone reporting you would be a ban hah... You really were very helpful in calming down the thread earlier though
Never if it's done in a constructive way, we like/need the feedback. And there have been instanced in the past where people have reported a mod abusing their power, or handing out misinformation and rallying crows, and that moderator has been dealt with if not demoted. If you send just vague insults you bet you'd be infracted/banned, but constructive criticism is always welcomed. We're human, after all! ;)
Are they working on a mail to be sent out to Server82 players, saying we understand there were problems during the Merge, and they will be fixed? or did you just alert them and waiting for a response. I don't understand the Alert thing. Can you explain to me your connection to the Evony Team? (im not trying to be an azz anymore)
"they" should not have had to be alerted, 'they" should have been doing their job properly and monitoring the merge
The first post on page 13 gave us the closest thing to a response. AA is a forum moderator meaning she basically deals with us and tries to keep us calm lol. Dawn Seeker is the one with the answers :D
Basically said "hey guys, this server exploded, the people want a response, check here and you'll see what I mean *insert link*"
As for my connection, I have no more access to anyone than you do, only Dawnseeker, Valkirah, Foxy, etc. The people you see on the forums. I have absolutely no direct contact with any other staff than are available to you, nor do I know or pretend to know inner workings (hence not going into things like "they are working on doing THIS" as I have no access to anything more than you). As for contacts, we don't message them unless it's something big, as that's not our job.

Well it seems after all the reading in the forum here, nobody from Evony works in the same place. They could atleast contact everyone by mail and let us know.

Very ADD, for some reason i keep staring at the evony screen hoping something will change but yet nada... please help my ADD/OCD by fixing this and giving me something to do again!!!
I don't think its ADD/OCD Sploch. I think they really don't know what to do. Its been almost 4 hours since the post on page 13 and we have heard nothing. But I bet if they was running another $5 special, they would be mailing their butss off.
and evony manages to send us a email saying buy cents and get a free happiness package but can't manage an email informing us of what is going on, if they are going to fix it or when or anything else we all actually want to know
WTF, they mailed us trying to sell us a Happiness Package, can't they send out a mail letting s82 and the rest of ss26 know what is happening. If they have to recover ss26 there are going to a lot more disappointed people than there are at moment. Basically, I don't care how long it takes to get this mess resolved but I would love some information and whether it is worth my while building to get back the loses and remain competitive with the other servers. Obviously, the best outcome would be if ss26 is restored back to midnight, all server data merged from midnight onto ss26 and we start again. If we know this and you say it is going to take a day we can go and do something else, I'm sure a had some kids around here somewhere

I do not understand how there is time to send everyone on all of the servers the system message for the evony happiness packages but there is still not even 1 line from any tech people or developers letting us know they are working on the problem (for real) or any sort of time-line for when this will be fixed

I don't see how this is helpful. What is the point of even using the help center if there is just a generic response that says we are working on "it" and we won't be able to get back to you?

I don't think that will be necessary preclear... they seem to be closing the server down in 2 minutes for the next 6 hours to hopefully fix the problem... plus, i am pretty sure that this company is based in Hong Kong which would give most of us no legal recourse against the company...

Staff Icon SS26 Merger Fix
We are currently taking down SS26 to fix an error that occurred in the previous merger. This maintenance will effectively re-merge the servers and should correct a problem with players finding older versions of their accounts on the Super Server.
Progress on SS26 since the merge will be reverted, but players who purchased items or coins will be compensated and have those items or coins restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and we'll keep you updated with any new information or updates.
