Preparing your alliance for Atlantis.

I expect it would revert yes, at full troop strength like an NPC. But the point is to keep it out of everyone's hands.

An alliance losing Atlantis to a poacher, then seeing it abandoned, well moral would be low for weeks.

And frankly it is so easy to do. Multiple alliances would likely get into it to prevent it from being taken, all those competing waves at the end, any ones guess, and who will risk that?

Mainly because any alliance worth it's salt on the server will seek to prevent it. No one wants that city hovering over them.

So the counter to this is park a watcher city near Atlantis and wait. Do not even bother until the 16s are taken, assuming they can be.

When the big attack is finally launched, scout along with the rest and mix your own waves into their final waves. You have a good chance of making the cap too. If you do win it, abandon all your cities but Atlantis, and then it cannot be taken away.

If you cannot abandon your last normal city abandon Atlantis. Problem solved.

I doubt the game will let a player abandon all cities and keep a historical as their only city thus making it imposible for others to take it away. But if that is the case, that would be a major game flaw.... a bug if you will. And I am sure Evony would correct it.

1 City Strategies worked in AgeI, so yeah its quite possible, holding Atlantis having it not possible to be stolen would be boring but.

I doubt it, you probly can't abandon your last player made city.

Is it just me or in the latest posts there have been many players mixing Age 1 and Age 2 ?

You can not conquer a player city in Age 2. So why the heck would you need to abandon cities ?

Or do HH behave differently ?

Cuz they couldnt capture a H-city from you if it's your last... at least that is the assumption.
