Where do you get a reply on the helpspot tickets ? is it added as a reply towards the ticket you made when you use the "check on ticket" function ?
I got mine through my email. It was the general "thanks for the report" reply but it was a reply. Didnt get fixed though...:(
Interesting thread. If I read it right, yes it might be time to dump the Bug Reporting thread if it has been replaced by Helpspot.
And fyi dawn and foxy, I for one do read the stickys...if the title interests me.
Ok, I'm going to kick my 2 cents in here.
1. The fact that we have this many bugs in an officially launched product is insane.
Now, like the PR nightmare that was the rollout, you have 2 choices- you can continue the mistake, or you can admit it was a blunder and start moving in the right direction. I suggest option 2, since you'll have to do it anyway at some point, or we can declare this game DOA.
2. Since we can't have a clean product now since the beta was closed early and didn't contain all the final elements anyway, we need a list of known bugs.
This helps us and you. We don't send in more reports for you to sort out, and we know you are aware of the problem and we can assume someone is working on it. This cuts down a lot of noise in game and in the forum. It might be worth having another sticky like Dawnseeker's fixed bug update to let us know what's on the plate and what the progress is. You can even ask us to test what's going on for a given bug.
3. We're aware that you're swamped. That doesn't mean there isn't a good solution to this.
Most of us here are well aware of how insane many of the people on this forum are. We also note that you have your hands full with crazy moderation needs. That said, we're trying to play your game and not go do something else instead...and it's EXTREMELY difficult to do so at the current time. I feel like I'm still playing beta and not getting the 10x speed bonus and the free coins. Brushing that off as "we can't handle this currently" suggests you guys were aware that you weren't ready to launch, both from a product and staffing point of view.
So, I guess the question is, are you willing to work with us and perhaps we'll make it to a cleaner place in the near future...or are we the people you think are the problem with the game that you would be better without?
ive had about 5-6 reports that have gone unnoticed and not gotten any help on at all on, for about 4 weeks now. no help. no solutions.
