How do you levy troops in a lvl 10 npc do you have to capture it?
yup levy lvl 10 and get 40k warrior as for the lvl 12 rally is bull, i don't see anything but empty slot. But i go my rally to level 8 right now, and it let me send out 100k . So the buff is there.
So it basically just lets you send out a extra 20,000 depending on your Rally Point level.Quote:

Historical Cities have the ability to draft from a portion of the map near them...without conquering every city...so no you dont have to conquer those 10s...another button appears on cities within range of the 10...so now its scout...policies...attack when you click on an npc within range
hi can you explain to me how to levy troops from an npc 10? ive already attacked it with archers then i dont see anoter button there, do i need to colonized it?
You can only levy if you have conquered the historical city nearby...have you done that?

edit to make the obvious sense: you may be right for OP but as he had decent army, is more likely to zero'd his honor at some point for the same reasons I keep mine as low as possible.
