Evony would not be able to keep up I suggest a compromise you submit a helpspot ticket then If Evony cannot figure out what is wrong they give you a number to call that would eliminate the spam issue somewhat
They have 1 or 2 that are logged on. Thats it.. really it is a boring room. If you nip these issues in the bud, they don't usually grow out of hand. Sometimes you may need to wait 15-20 minutes to get a guys attention. Sometimes he doesn't know the answer and has to check farther up. But it does go fairly well 99% of the time.
The issues that bug many of evony players are caused by poor testing before release of the game (a hell of a lot of bugs, many so easily identified that its amazing they could be missed in beta) and the inadequate explanations to game issues that affect all players. The behind the scenes changes made also upset customers and evony has only recently (since Age2 really got going) actually told people anything about what was happening when rules are updated or fixed.
Evony is moving (very slowly) in the right direction of openess, quicker responses to concerns, open reports on fixes (rather than the old 'guess what changed' game) and a growing forum for ideas (as long as they are actually taken seriously).
I just wish that they moved a bit quicker in this improvement.
