I Enquired Details (10 cents), and within 1 minute I Advanced teleported to where the hero is (90 cents) and started attacking. Surprise surprise the hero was not there. I figured ok, I will cap the city and he will probably be there- captured the city and no Historical hero. I thought hey, it will probably trigger with maintenance, so I waited a day and surprise surprise there is still no historical Hero.
I decided to enquire details again(10 Cents) and low and behold the Historical hero is in a completely different Barbarian city. So, I get to spend another advanced teleporter (90 cents) on either going next to that NPC with the hope of capturing the hero or returning to an area where my cities are. So, that means roughly $20 dollars has been spent for ahistorical hero, it was a glorious use of money.
Here is the Issue Evony. Now, In the realm of possibility I can agree that there is a chance, a random less then the chance of winning the lottery by chewing bubble gum that the npc was scouted EXACTLY 2 minutes between what it took me enquiring details and my first attack. But let us consider that not feasible. Best case scenario this is a horrid glitch and frustration, and at worse this is theft. Evony Reps and Admins have been posting lately about their need to make profit, and that is perfectly fine. But at what point does them making profit turns into marketing a product in which people who actually pay money in the game and thus SUPPORTS THE GAME blatantly is getting ripped off?
I hope this thread sticks around, at no point am I being rude, nor insulting, nor flaming. The loss of $20, (10+10+90+90) is on top of losing roughly 30 cents when the Wheel of chance was glitchy and not delivering the items won (For which, of course; there is no recourse) Of course Helpspot ticket was made, the wonderful auto email was sent.
Evony continues to market this game, and is excited to be opening another AgeII Server. I hope that this can get addressed because the people WHO SUPPORT YOU with purchasing coins are leaving, and with good reason. These are genuine concerns, on your wonderful Facebook page you say how helping the player, making this game a great and wonderful experience is your number 1 goal. I have this to ask- Is it a wonderful experience when you decide to support this game gladly, and the player gets nothing in return?
