This place was built by trolls and spammers. Most of us either then changed, or simply left. Those that didn't, we simply toned it down. When it comes down to it, the survival of the old OT was impossible. Times change, new posters change them. Making a thread is easy, making a thread that lasts is another thing entirely. This place isn't meant to remain constant. This place isn't meant to keep new people out. This place is meant to change, and the people right along with it. Posters and topics come and go. But Demonhero is forever.

overmodding of this damn place.

mods use to have a sense of humor, and could tell when someones making a thread making a booty call over the internet on forums, its just a joke.

nobody can make threads because either they are boring discussions that nobody likes, or they are funny threads that mods take serious.

maybe if you want this place to revive again, give the mods back their sense of humor.

I cant believe I'm saying this, but I agree with Crip. We used to be able to not really get away with, but able to bend the rules a bit in this section. No one was hurt for it and Lulz resulted. Now the rules are so strictly enforced that if a conversation is not either a forum game, 100% crap or 10000% srs bsns it is locked/deleted.
