Rasterbee, your understanding of multi-accounts is completely correct. Up to 3 accounts may run from one computer/IP, but each PERSON may only have one account. We simply make allowances for the fact that a husband and wife, or siblings, or roommates, or whoever might be sharing a computer and want to play the game.
Since it would be impossible for us to tell the difference between, say, two brothers and one person who is CLAIMING to be two brothers, we take away some of the incentives to multi-account. If you share a computer/network/IP, the accounts in question may not have military contact or share resources.
Who told you that it was ok to have two accounts?
