Pet Names
You prolly have a pet, right? What'd you name it and why?
I unwillingly have two cats. Cat 1 wandered into my apartment from off the streets as a teeny kitten, identical to the one pictured below, and turned into a vicious mouse killing machine.

She earned the moniker Leslie Van Houten.

Kinda cute, huh?
Leslie got knocked up, accidentally. I never let her outside in town after she went into heat. But I would bring her to the family farm, where I had been told coyotes, eagles, and owls keep the area clear of stray cats. It took her about 6 hours to find a willing mate. Their offspring looks exactly like this cat below:

Cat 2 is actually kinda afraid of everything. And never shuts up. Her name is Lynette Fromme.

I named my cat Bob because I don't like cats, and I hate Bob.

My fiance named my dog Akamaru (I bought him as his Christmas present) and the reason is obvious to any anime nerd.
I named my kitten (my birthday present lol) Nila in reference to a famous psychologist because I'm obsessed with the field and because it suited her.
These are my goofy lovely aminals. He's not amused I'm practically strangling him and she's jealous ;)

When I was in grade school, my family used to own two cats. At the time, I was fascinated with Egyptian civ, so when I was asked to name them when we first got them, I opted for Cleo (Cleopatra) and JC (Julius Caesar). But after just three months, it seems Cleo had gotten tired of JC and she started spending more time in our next-door neighbor's yard than with him. Not long after, she got pregnant. But when none of the kittens looked anything like JC, but bore an uncanny resemblance to the neighbor's cat, our parents decided to pack them away to friends a few weeks after. They said it wasn't healthy for me and my siblings' impressionable minds. LMAO.
Up until now, more than a decade later, I'm still wondering if they were serious then. XD
