Why do you think Christians, Jews, and Muslims fight all the time when it is obvious that they all 3 worship the same deity. Somewhere along the line God trolled everyone and it shows to me that "man"(or woman) is clearly doing it wrong.
What I would like to get out of this? Explain how all three of those religions with similar prophets and belief systems have been so misconstrued and turned upside down by the bigotry/ignorance of the respective cultures involved.

It is merely the vulgarity and baseness of humanity that distorts the original and central teachings of these three religions. Man is naturally vulgar and naturally ignorant in which every religion or philosophical tradition/school becomes poisoned by the primal instincts and putrid desires of the human species. In addition, each religious tradition is entirely placed within its respective culture. The concepts of Christendom existed during the Carolingian Empire of Charlemagne who desired to expand Carolingian hegemony throughout Europe as well as the Christian faith often through aggression, subjugation and coercion and the Holy Roman Emperor Otto III desired to unite the Romano-Germanic Empire with the Eastern Romans of the Byzantine Empire to form a newly united Roman Empire under the Christian faith which signified a desire for global hegemony in both the temporal/secular sphere and the ecclesiastical/religious sphere. In such a regard, the term cultural hubris surely applies.
In terms of my religious faith and belief system, I am a Neoplatonist in the tradition of the Italian Renaissance as I seek to amalgamate or to fuse together the different and seemingly disparate philosophical strands of Aristotelianism and Stoicism with the original teachings of Plato. I greatly admire the works and teachings of Plato of Athens, Iamblichus, Plotinus, Plutarch of Athens and the Neoplatonists of the Italian Renaissance such as Lorenzo de Medici Il Magnifico and Mirandola.

Although they have things in common, it's their different interpretations of things which cause conflict. For example, the Jews believe that Jesus was not the Messiah (and that the Messiah has yet to come), Christians do, and Muslims believe that although Jesus wasn't the Messiah, he was one of Allah's prophets who are specific individuals created by God to spread His religion.Quote:

Final summation, Christianity and Islam are "missionary" religions where they openly seek to convert non-believers (contrary to Judaism which discourages conversion unless you are willing to fully take on the religion without leaving it), and this just happened to "require" force throughout history, at the expense of thousands of lives of which in such a holy event would supposedly be atoned of their sins by God/Allah if slain.

Nope, you can convert to it same as any other religion. They have classes and everything!
I believe that religion is something invented by man to comfort him from the fear of the unknown.
It's something that's not worth dying, or killing others for. The harmony of the human race does not come second to your beliefs, or your devotion to something.
That is my opinion on this matter.
