Do scouts see orders in the Market? Do warehouses actually protect gold?
Maybe its time to have 1000 transporters in every town
A possible change. If a marching enemy army is heading for your town. You can't transport anything... LOL

Warriors are slow, have bad attack, and are easily annihilated by archers with a 10/10 screen. If anything, ballistae are overpowered, because they have more range than anything else and can destroy wall defenses without being hit.
You Sir have absolutely no idea what you're talking about and seriously need to take a math class.
Mass warriors in a ratios 3 to 1, or even 2 to 1 will completely marginalize every other troop in this game hands down.
100,000 warriors vs. 50,000 archers, all skills being equal, who wins?
And may I remind you that you can create warriors 10 times faster then archers.
Just ran the numbers, and warriors take exactly 0.06451612903% as long to make as archers. So in the time you could make one archer you could make 6.45 warriors.
You tell me, when will 1 archer beat 6.45 warriors in this game? The answer is never, which shows how poorly this game is designed, and how important learning math is. :)
Just to expand the math, 1 archer to 6.45 warriors as far as creation time is concerned.
The attack ratio of warriors to archers is .4166666 repeating, much greater than the 6.45 to 1 creation time, so warriors own when it comes to attack power vs. creation time.
Now lets look at defense....
LOL I didn't realize how bad it was until I just looked. Defense on both units is the same, yet you can make 6.45 warriors in the same time that you can make one archer. What a complete joke. Defend your cities with warriors and you will win.
try charging a guy with a bow and see what it gets ya.. pin cushion effect
In other words, create a "Hit ME!! I'm the Supply City!!" city. And how do you train transports and enough troops to protect outbound shipments, or wall def's to protect your Warehouseville from being taken from you in short order?
The only people who can make and defend such a city are the ones who don't need to...
Archers have a range of 1200. Warriors have a movement speed of 200 and a range of only 20. Assuming archers are holding their ground and not advancing at the warriors (I'm not sure if units continue to advance even after their targets are already in range), it would take the warriors 6 rounds to cover the 1200 distance to melee the archers. That's six rounds of attacks the 50k archers get before the warriors are close enough to get their first attack off.
Which leaves the question: how many of those 100,000 warriors are going to survive 300,000 arrows shot into their ranks? And of the ones remaining, would there still be enough to overwhelm the 50,000 archers?
Another thing to keep in mind is archers have 250 life to a warrior's 200, and 120 attack to a warrior's 50. When trading blows for blows in even numbers, the archers would have the upper hand there.
Skysurf, i would recommend deflating your ego a bit and actually learning to think outside the box, as in looking at the range stat. The calculations by Alusair are accurate and i have no need to repeat them, if you had actually fought with either of these troops you would see that the archers kill off the other troops because as your "powerful" warriors are advancing on these archers, the archers are killing all your warriors. So sure in an up close combat setting the archers would die, but seeing as you know so much about combat you may have just overlooked that =).
