I understand that some links flag a post for moderator approval. Every one of the flagged posts I was making had a link in it. However, the links were to other threads on bbs. evony .com. This bug has persisted for many months now. :devil:
I don't think it's unfair to ask that links to other threads on this very forum be allowed without approval. :p
I'm sure it's just a glitch that fell through the cracks... but it's funny. :D

You can post links and bypass the whole "wait for a mods approval thing" just because you included a link. Oopps... wait, that might be exploiting a "bug"....

There is a workaround. Simply make a post without links to other sections of this forum. Then "edit" in the links you wanted.
I just use the [thread] tag when posting a thread from this site. It works well. Say I wanted to do... the King's Bar.Quote:

It's probably an IP problem/confusion. Some posts are deleted as spam, and the IP used when the post was made is then entered into the spam filter's database, thereby updating it. My assumption is that members' posts with similar IPs tend to get caught in the net, thereby needing mod approval. There's no workaround to it as far as I know. Most of the time, mods get these moderated threads and posts approved before the poster can pm/vm them anyway, but a little heads-up won't hurt. (:Quote:
