Original vampires all the way. There should be no reason for them besides being scary and otherwise awesome. Dracula is the best.
One word:
Dracula.
The best of the best. Heck, he's in pretty much every vampire game. And can teleport.
And can turn into a dragon/centaur/centipede.
And if Edward Cullen (cursed be his name forever) got into a fight with him, Dracula would kick him/her/it into next year. Or possibly off the face of the earth.

Vampires? Blade killing vampires is good :p. And the old movies of vampires...dracula etc.... Twilight teenage fans can die in a hole for all I care.... Though I would like to see blade vs that glitter ****.

I find anything about vampires to be of great interest, in particular anything historical, especially as my father was Romanian. Dracula FTW. Great Romanian hero. but historically the vampire stereotype has some truth to it, he did dip his bread in the blood of the noblemen, and years of imprisonment in darkness did effect his eyesight. dracula also translates roughly into "son of the dragon" or "son of the devil".
