This is the headquarters to Discovery Communications... AKA the discovery channel...

They own a good handfull of international TV stations including the discovery channel, animal planet, history channel, military channel, TLC, science channel, Planet green, and more...

though he still has overestimated it... despite that fact that its more than basic...
