Yes, that is callous. Yes, there are TONS of exceptions to the rule. But, statistics prove it. Money and education allow you to find entertainment beside increasing birth rates.

I know you're not referring to me, but the only time I would want somebody to be dead is if they murdered one of my family members. I would just be too angry to care about whether they deserve to die or not. I would probably thinking along the lines of "an eye for an eye."
