The Evony Team had to go out and hire a liaison to tranlate and stuff for them, right?
Question: If the Evont Team doesn't speak English, how in the world are any of our "Contact Us" plees going to be addressed?
I may be slow, but I'm not dumb. All this time players have been using "Contact Us" and posting in the Tech Support forum completely in vain.
For example: We have a glitched toon, lord sirius on server 9 and have been trying to get rid of him. This seems like it would be a simple matter for a tech. Go in, find the toon, remove it. Yet, nothing is getting done about it. On other servers, issues I have used the contact button for have not been addressed adn those were made weeks ago.
Tell me these problems will get fixed? In reality, it's going to happen is it? :(
