And JPA is right, he hardly ever reps anyone. Looking through my reps I have none from him... I sure do have a ton of grey reps though :duh:
I have close to30 gray reps
i only rep when i really want to rep someone but have to spread it ;) it goes in spurts. I red rep people who i think are annoying and post stupidity
