Botter? Or just foolish?

I will choose to believe that the player is no fool, or a cheat. But, rather, he captured the hero from a foolish botter.

If that's the 2nd page of highest level heroes, then what's the 1st like?
I don't think an experienced player would level up a hero with a base like that. That person either got it off a foolish botter like you said or else is a foolish player who can splash the cash.
He could have captured it at a decent level and just kept playing with it. If I have a hero at 250 or above, I'm just going to keep using it. It may end up being a scoutbomber or something like that, but I'm not going to throw it away cause the base sucks.
Epic... something. Whats worse is if he crushes a level 300 hero with base 120 ATK!
Correct me if I am wrong, but the base value is only a starting point. It is the current attribute level that matters most.
So the said player took a little longer to level that hero up, whereas if he had one with a base 70, it would have taken less time to level the hero up to the current attribute level. But in the end the base value only effects starting point of leveling, i.e. time, not the value of the hero itself.
mm but the effort to level him further compared to higher based heroes is huge
a 75 base of the same attack would require much less experience to gain that extra point
Mayby he do like me and just stack some xp and lvl up without used his points yet.
I know my self i have 32 points unspended so far and 2,4bill xp
so atm my hero is 632 att and lvl 580
