If I do ever get one, (and it probably won't be for a while, I hate labels, and you all know how rumours fly) I would get a small flower on either my lower back or my right shoulder. Flowers represent many things to me, but I really don't want to go into that.
There are other things I would get, but they would all be small, 1 1/2 - 2 incus in diameter at the most.
I've got another that I want.
I want either 'SE' in old english, or arms that are forming an 'X' that have x's on each hand.
I want to get a picture of a keyblade on my forearm
