HAH my santa clause story
When i was in highschool went to the liquor store after school to buy some sodas and I was talking to my friends, asking them how old they were when they found out there was no santa clause...One of them punches me , tells me to shutup and i turn around to find 3 little kids with their mom standing right behind us...a few seconds later the oldest of the 3 burst into tears...oopsies! :(
When you sat on his knee, did Santa promise to deliver you the gifts you wanted? If so, that could be considered an oral contract and he may be in breach of it. I say sue.
I was around 10 (not positive) and I heard noises downstairs. I ran down stairs and saw my parents putting gifts under the tree. I asked them what they were doing and they said Santa put them in the wrong spot so they were moving them to a better spot so they would look better. I went to bed then when I got up in the morning, before I opened any gifts my parents said they felt bad for lieing to me and they said Santa is not real.
um wow sorry for you
i asked santa for one of his hos and he wouldn't give me even one
who shot santa?
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Demonhero again.

i love the boondocks
i love the *sleeps on floor*
i was 5 and i noticed that all the boxes that all our toys came in was in the back of my dad's truck waiting to be hauled off
santa would have taken the boxes with him
I figured it out when Santa used the same wrapping paper as my parents, one year.
I guess my parents didn't realize my young brain had the analytic skills to figure out that little mistake. I don't remember how old I was, just that it was still single digit years. I wasn't 10 yet, so it was probably age 8 or 9... maybe 7.
I learned from the start that Santa wasn't real. He can't follow all the foster care kids around, now can he?
Besides, every time you sit on his knee, he looks different every time.
That was another clue.
The final nail in the coffin was when my parents affirmed what I already observed: Santa wasn't real, unless you spoke Spanish and talked about the saints all the time...
I saw my neighbor come home in his Santa costume when I was 4. When I asked my parents why, they were happy they didn't have to pretend anymore and told me he wasn't real. -.-
I was a smart child i was about eight when I figured Santa wasn't real.
a drunk mum and dad at three am talking rather loudly whilst fumblimg about with gifts and waking me up gave it away.
I didn't get sad or anything. .. I got even.
I think I conviced them right up until I was sixteen that I still had faith in Santa I thought I got more gifts! The year I saw their concerned faces about to break the news they had avoided to a teenager they must have concidered `special` when it came to this subject, I could not hold it in and spent the next two hours on the floor lmao.
personally I'm scared they waited till I was sixteen. ...
I always knew Santa wasn't real, that he was just a fantasy. Because I'd always ask my parents what I want, and I'd go along with them when they bought it for me. And I was usually around when they wrapped the presents up in some nice random paper. -_-
Being a natural cynic, I always had doubt and suspsicions from the age of 4 on. Which I was able to confirm at the age of 6, when being good didn't get me jack.
Except for when I was very young (>5), I always doubted his existence. I would always ask my parents how he did things like get around to everyone in time but the answer was vague or "he's magical". I feigned belief up until I was about 12. Now I just help out with the presents and keep up the Santa act for the sake of my younger siblings.
I figured out santa wasn't real since I was about 6 or 7. I noticed every year I would get presents at christmas although I was the worst behaved kid you could imagine. Then on xmas eve I woke up in the middle of the night saw my dad dress up as santa doing .... with my mom and when he looked up at me he said ho ho ho. I replied yes I know she is. My mom chased me up stairs and beat the hell out of me lol
I was at my great grama(not wright spelling) and she said god was the best then i said no and santa was better then she told me he was not real cos she dident whanna lie to me

Because Some of us actually care about kids happiness? Some of us have hearts.
If they find out by means of this thread, they can just say so right here. That's what this thread's about after all.
