yeah, just helped take a 14. after going over the results, I found I need to set different defender intel for each phase of the battle. 1350 int for killing cavs, and it seems to be off for the amount of damage done by warriors too (not just pikes) for clearing the cavs.
your calc was still immensely helpful, i didn't expect it to be 100% spot on :)
Aerocalc totally has this wrong, no idea how attacking archers are able to get two shots off here. Unless I'm missing something obvious, AA targets ATs first, DA then hits AA, even with 0 attack, it should be more than enough to one shot AA.
It looks like AA is killing ATs, then getting another shot off on DA while DA has their thumbs up their butts.
Is this another bug? patch? wtf? Any idea when the fixed version is being released?

AT under 1% attacker power.
This is a bad thing now :( CD with just 1 AT become a valley fight.
.
how nice of evony to tell us. I think they enjoy flipping things around and screwing their customers just for giggles. If they actually cared, they'd keep a log of changes such as these.
I really can't imagine how frustrating and time consuming it must be to keep up with a battle calc. I hope aero doesn't get discouraged and quit, can't blame him if he does though. Getting sick of it myself.
sweet bro, thnx!
That isn't any recent change. That's just how Age II has always worked.
It's to reduce the effect of layering with just 1 unit. It also helps reduce some of the annoyance of auto-heal.
And well, Evony doesn't document very much, but that's okay by me, it makes it more interesting when we get to work things out for ourselves.
Ok chumwit thx for the info. I could've swore everytime I attacked a CD with any ATs at all my archers hit ATs then went splat by DA, but I guess I've been smoking too much crack.
So lemme get this straight:
When there are just a few ATs, AA gets two shots, one to take out ATs, then again to hit DA?
And when there are more than just a few ATs, AA only gets one shot on ATs, and DA then hits AA.
As we can see from the report ATs are being destroyed, I assume this is from AA. Just doesn't make sense to me how AA is getting two rounds of shots off when they're in range of DA in the first round. And you're saying it's because there's only a few ATs instead of say, 2000?
which is what un3x was saying too. doh!
thanks for the explanation chumwit and un3x! I really appreciate it :)
