I've been trying for days to figure this one out, can you give another hint please?

ok so i'll set up the seen i quoted. these two kids are about the same age and both spoiled as all get out. one is throwing a tantrum and that upsets the other and she comes in and chews him out for being a big baby and declares she will never see him again. he gets all bent out of shape and states that he will order her to come and hang out with him at which point she slams her self down in a chair and tells him she wont say a word she will sit and stare and not tell him a thing about anything no matter how he commands and that no one likes him because he is mean and sour.
to which he replies
"I am NOT sour" and then pouts on the biggest pout you have ever seen with a scowl that could burn villages.
the pict is of their care giver who doesnt know the half of there adventures because she wouldnt see the good in them and would put an instant stop to their fun dispite the fact that it is bringing about the very change she and all the house hold wishes could take place.

and if tell you any more i may as well just say what the movie is.
