The person who controls time must also take measures to preserve the delicate balance.

If he were to give you the numbers, you could alter the future to a point where it is not recognizable.

hey i can control time but why would i tell you the numbers if i do time it will change the present and time paradoxes with result

Going into the future implies there is already a future. There being a future implies it can be changed by actions that would not normally happen.

Not necessarily. He could go just far enough into the future, to the end of the world, not know it, get blown up, and then there would be no way to change it at all.
