People claiming to be beautiful either on the inside or out are actually the most shallow and/or conceited.
If you claim to be beautiful on the outside, you are claiming to be more physically attractive and thus view others based on their appearances.
If you claim to be beautiful on the inside you run the risk of thinking you have a better personality than others and are therefore better than them.

The best way to judge would be to have others evaluate whether or not you are. Thats only if you really do care what others think, which most people claiming to be beautiful do...

I actually believe that I am both physically and mentally beautiful, throw in a little morbidness and a vast hatred for todays American government and you got me:p

I do judge others, heh, everybody judges others. Regardless if they admit it or not. And of course I care about what other people think, hell I want rep on this forum so bad I dreamt about it last night, no lie. I am not too noticably(sp error?) conceited, even though to be beautiful one must be conceited. Even if it's just a little bit. And I am by no means shallow, I'm actually six foot two.(hehe see what I did there) but:
