War determines who's left. Who's left determine who's right. And the rest of us are caught in the middle. :p

This is kinda off topic but sniping valleys is just not a smart thing to do more than once. The times I've had my valleys sniped was because I attacked a smaller player and they resorted to that tactic because that was their "only recourse" due to their relative size and strength. They threatened me with daily valley sniping if I did not leave them alone. Should I comply? What would an appropriate response be? Was I to sit by and do nothing? If I did, I would be held hostage by a much smaller player who threatened me with sniping my valleys every day and releasing them prior to server maintence so all my level 10 valleys would turn to level 1s? What is the proper response to such a threat?
There is only 1 response: annihiliation. Complete and total. Unrelenting daily total destruction of the smaller player. Why? Because they would not stop and I would not let up on attacking them because it would allow them to grow stronger and would still not stop their threat of sniping my valleys. In essence, there was no way out in this situation other than total annihilation of the smaller player. Once they resorted to valley sniping there was no way out.
Just something to think about.
It's always handy to let the smaller guy build something to bargain for... Let him/her build an army and/or hero of semi-decent size and then see if they are as cavalier about it. But even for a small player, if sniping your valleys is ALL they did, :S hmnnnnnn, that isn't exactly smart or that hurtful even, eventually you will find valleys away from their reach and then what!? lol
Farmers are also usually easier to intimidate than fighters (:
