Normally I would be surprised but I am not there are ten year olds that own cellphones so credit cards do not really seem too out of the ordinary..
i don't have a 3 year old... but if my 5 year old could keep track of her expense claims and file them in a timely manner... i'd get her an amex
i would, however, make sure i got the benefit of the frequent flyer miles associated with her purchases
