I don't think you can use brought since that's a verb, not an adjective.
Generally the pattern would go:
adj+adj+noun

No, I am just using that as an example...I think I've got the concept down. So I use the words in this thread, and it happens in the RP?
Sweet! Does that apply to an attack at an enemy as well (in the later stages)?
what you mean like using companion shelter death to stop someone from dieing? or wrong girl fall to make someone other then your self fall down?
ssssssssssoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooo i just had an idea that you can totally tell me NO over.
what if we use more then three words? say "little death find wrong cat shelter" would that cause all the cats to die in a given radios? say 100meters? or are we sticking with just three words for now and talk about Over Power words at a later date?
Well, I'll keep my words for now...Besides, I have my tools and weapons with me...
To Bole:
Haffys can still get a word in to Revya before tending to her order if you'd like, my closing comment to Ace is for when Haffys leaves, but doesn't necessarily mean he has to already be gone when it's your turn to act him out again.
so iv been working 18 hour days shoveling roofs and will be till the snow clears up, i do want to keep going but im dead most nights, so i may only get 1 or 2 responses in a day hope thats all right
and with that being said im way to tired to even pay attention to the power words so dont bother wasting any nifty sentences on me i probably wont even notice
so how mean can the things i do with my powerwords be? mwahha
Mean as you'd like!
[EDIT] I want to remind everyone about the scene outline:
As you post, moving the scene along, it would be neat if we could get a sense of the weather outside getting worse so that the characters are forced to spend the night. This will require some negotiation with the Innkeep and his son.
Also, no one has achieved the *special* objective yet. Who will be the first person to genuinely praise the beer to a staff member? (Bree, your character's praise wasn't totally genuine enough to trigger the special)
Finally, a forum member has unsuccessfully guessed Jurnis' constellation.
Guessing constellations already? Tad bit early, I would wait until the end or if I am 90%+ sure :p
I want to clarify what happened in this scene:
http://bbs.evony.com/showpost.php?p=...0&postcount=34
Gark used the power words hard, face, and tales to stop his son's blabbing.
Bole... could Haffys either respond or give a reason not to? I'm kind of waiting for him to answer my question.
So I will combine the words "Bitter darkness soul"
It's power will be to make someone think they're evil.
Does that include my character as well? Seeing the situation I'm in, or should I just try and help convince them to let the others stay?
Just a little note with this, I'm leaving room for conjecture in between these two parts so nobody gets confuzzled. I just put that there to push the plot along a bit.
BroUK seems to be busy IRL, would it be ok if i had him take me inside, if the weather is getting worse i doubt he would want to stand in it debating weather or not to let an orphan girl tag after him. i would do it with the least amount of godmoding possible, but only with the consent of the rest of the blue team.
edit:
Gwens singing this time uses the power words inside room tonight on Smith. by way of convincing him not to go out into the rain with the child
I think something to the effect of grabbing his hand and pulling him in would do. I approve.
I think that should be perfectly fine, it's not like you're doing anything overly drastic, just moving the plot along a tiny bit.
Thanks everyone for moving the story forward. Tomorrow night (forum time) we will move into the next scene, so spend the next 24hours(ish) engaging in as much dialog as possible, and scouring the story for far for useful tidbits of information.
Also, try to guess some constellations. There's no punishment for guessing wrongly. I have noticed some definite writing tactics going on... ;) Y'all know who you are...
I'm debating on whether or not it is worth it to save Haffys' eye with some power words...
Depending on how deep the dagger stuck, a gouged eye might be the least of his health concerns. :p
Well I'll save it with the words "Beautiful well-crafted luck", because Haffys will blessed with luck that will have caused the dagger to miss his eye and merely tear the fabric.
just so that i know what happend and can react properly
did Haffys wound move? his eye going back in place as though it was never damaged?
I kind of did my own interpretation before I saw this.
I think that worked out OK, despite the confusion.
<<history, beer, manners>>
Using power words to ensure victory over haffys :P
