I don't think anyone on my server is quitting over this. Then again I haven't asked the 13k+ players in all 150+ alliances how they feel. And no one in my alliance on in WC are talking about this. There was a guy typing in caps yelling in WC 12 hours ago but he either went to bed or died from not being able to use his trick anymore.

it was realy a game enhancement
cause up to archers reinforcing with valley trick would take the same time or it was slower than normal reinforce .
it only helped with moving mechs . higher boost of relief station is not neccesary or reasnable for u dont want scouts to travel 1 mile faster than 1 sec here is the limit.
but it solved the big map problems with mechs. without it mechs should be removed from barracks cause they will be unusable.
look at all the civvies posting for their "first time" to make it look like a mass revolt!!

if u still play in 6 month and join a super server then u will understand why its hurting
cause it will make part of the game unusable.
Unfortunately, most of the posts are crying over the wrong thing.

They ALL knew was an exploit, so deal with it.
They closed the bug that allowed free food while marching. Well, good on them. I applaud that effort.
I vehemently disagree however, with not being able to concatenate troops in a valley. This is still a key mechanism for defense. Hiding troops is a valuable part of war tactics in any war. It is now impossible to protect our troops as it was since the dawn of evony due to this bug fix being implemented incorrectly.
I'd like to see a rollback and fix the problem properly. When troops are in a valley, or returning from a valley, keep double the food usage as normal for the entire time they are marching. Pretty simple.

Haven't heard any comments on my proposal to compromise:
Fix it such that all troops from ONE city are ONE group in a valley, but those from ANOTHER city are a SECOND group.
That way you can move as many troops as you want form one city, which can be handy when defending, while you can't use the glitch.
This and many other "methods to the madness" have been around as long as I remember. You call them "exploits" because "they are not how the game was intended to be played". or "it creates an unfair advantage for those in the know". Well farming barbarian cities all day is not how the game was intended to be played. Also, if your friends in this game didn't clue you in on how to play the game - you will plateau in a way that makes you food for the smart players. If people who have played before didn't tell me how to farm barbarian cities - I would have a sh!t army with all farms in my city (or constantly buying food).
Plain and simple - you effin geniuses screwed the pooch again.
I have been saving my ports for a merge and focusing on long range capping barb cities and moving troops in. Now what? I have to spend billions of food to plunder 100 million?
Millions of mechs took work, time, and resources to acquire... what are my options?
1. Dismiss them and get 30% of my res back.
2. Waste my last 30 ports and hope to get close to someone worthy of a fight and hope i kill enough of them off.
3. Let them eat my last 50 billion (HARD EARNED and FOUGHT FOR) food then refuge.
4. Walk away and cut my losses.
The fact this was all done without warning is COMPLETE B.S. - Thank God my killers landed in my war city. I'd hate to be the one with fighting troops stuck in another city.
Actually I won't understand. This is my first time ever hearing of this. Wouldn't have even came to this thread had someone not mention it in alliance chat, laughed about it, then moved on. Plus I play on ss48 and no one in my alliance have said a thing either...
Not bashing anyone. Just saying what I've noticed (or didn't notice)
