But when the event actually happens, massive twitter/facebook posts will be sent, and the hordes of zombies...scratch that fangirls will accumulate with massive speed. Which will lead to the mass sexual assault.

With enough charisma and money and college grants you can do anything.

Luckily I don't visit the Empire State Building, but I'll be sure to watch you get arrested when the time comes.

Not really. With enough Charisma, you can become President. With enough Charisma, you can turn the US into a dictatorship. With the college tuition, you can get people willing and able to sign up for the army. With the army, you can wage war, assimilating other nation's army and weapons as you conquer them.
