Evony Customer Service needs to be addressed
I have been trying to get in touch with you guys for over a month now. By phone, by making tickets, by messaging Dawnseeker on this forum.
It is absolutely ridiculous that after spending over 5k on an account there is nobody to address a problem to. My account got hacked and reset. WHO DO I NEED TO TALK TO? ...before taking legal action that is.
Why not, I might as well sue and waste my time that way, since I am wasting my time trying to get to you guys.
Ridiculous lack of respect for your customers.
