Im so glad that Forum Mods and staff of Evony seem to be getting such a laugh out of our problems.
People have come here to explain their frustration and look for answers, not to be held up to ridicule.
Maybe we all have become an inhouse joke but that doesnt mean our complaints are any the less valid.
Any of the mods here are "the face" of Evony and represent the company and its image, maybe a little consideration should be given to this.

Take it into consideration that before we were mods, we were normal posters too, now we are just normal posters who accepted voluntary jobs as forum moderators. We fought for the same exact things you do. Except now we had to understand that the actual evony team, who believe it or not, aren't us, can not make magic happen overnight.
How about being more considerate before you judge any one of us mods or reps. You have no idea how hard this job is, when dealing with threads like these and people just want want want, and never take the time to understand or listen.
Now yes I applied light humour into my post, don't go over analysing it.
How understanding do we have to be? This server was merged way back in December, we are now in March, since that merge there has been nothing but problems, none of which have been dealt with, if anything its now becoming more problems on top of the old ones.
You say we should listen, I ask you listen to what? auto replies from Evony blaming the players for their mistakes? passing the buck? and now after almost 4 mths admitting the problem is their end and we have to be patient?
Im sorry you buy a game from a store, you have reasonable expectations that game will function properly and if not you expect that company to either refund your money or give you a copy that does work, so understandably when neither of these are happening people are upset and frustrated.
If Evony was based in UK we have a thing here called trading standards in which if the product is faulty or not as described then you have every right to your money back, Im afraid Evony would be in a lot of trouble here as "the product" is significantly not as described.
No-one in this saga from Evony has clearly explained anything to the players, or given a reasonable time frame when these issues will be dealt with, so I ask again what should we be listening to?
Perhaps the problem is that instead of even showing a tiny bit of sympathy for the problems everyone on the super servers are having, or even ACKNOWLEDGING they have a problem, you just came along to throw an off topic joke in. We get it, you're not the game staff, you just work on the forum.
Let me give you an example of what you just did:
A husband and wife are driving their car, and get in a wreck. It's not their fault, some drunk driver ran them off the road.
They're taken to the hospital, where the husband is just fine, but his wife is in critical condition. The hospital staff ignore them in the waiting room for hours while she comes closer and closer to death. The husband does all he can of course, he yells and screams and begs and contacts every single person he can find that even remotely looks like they work at the hospital, but all to no avail.
Finally a doctor comes along and says wow, she's in bad shape, let's get her taken care of, it's a terrible thing we didn't notice sooner. So they take her back and toss her in a bed, then go have lunch and play some golf before the surgery that's vitally needed to save her.
Now as she's nearly at the point of death, and the husband is yelling even louder. He's angry now. He's cursing at the doctors because the marriage he worked hard on for so many months is about to crumble with the death of his beloved. Just in the middle of his pleas for help and his rant at the staff, Susie (a candy stripper... you know those volunteer hospital workers), comes along and says he shouldn't be yelling those bad words, it's just not polite.
So the husband, flabbergasted that this could be happening at a hospital of all places, yells at the candy stripper. How dare you! You're a representative of this hospital! You need to do something! Then another candy stripper, Floosie, comes along and sees the husband yelling at her friend Susie and says hey Susie, those are great new shoes you have, I just love them.
Can you see maybe why the husband would be upset with Susie and Floosie? Maybe Susie and Floosie would have been better off staying the hell out of the husband's way if they had nothing useful to do for him in his time of need.
What's going on with ss60 lag wise? I had the server guys looking at it yesterday and last night.

i'm looking at it for days, the thing that you have to do some maintance so it working normal.
you guys only mailing that my connection is not working good, the only problem i have is with SS60 and not with the other billions of other sites.
so hope you try to please your customers.
