Buyer's remorse?
No seriously, things like the Japanese earthquakes can shake anyone's confidence and make us question what we do.
One of the dumbest things we humans do is build things and think they will last forever. Even the pyramids will be ground down to dust eventually and they are just a big pile of rocks. Everything is temporary, everything will change eventually, good things and bad things, because time is the great leveller of all things.

now mr japaneseladyseller it seems as if you wish for everyone to go back to the stone age, the bottom line is still that a natural disaster like an earthquake will still level everything and cause destruction on a massive scale, luckily the japanese have huge robots to rebuild everything, like remember that time mothra came and they trotted out godzilla to defend japan, you forget that everytime something bad happens godzilla will be there to protect you
if godzilla wasnt there the tsunami would have been alot worse and it was godzilla who stopped the nuclear plants from completely melting down because he used his super godzilla powers to keep the isotopes stable

5. Yes that wasn't the greatest, but it goes with progress, and that idea of fast. It is hard to travel in grass with a car, and by foot long distances. Also remember how things advanced to the asphalt and such.
6. Yes I agree it isn't a great idea that we are dependent on electricity, it is bad, but sadly it is the case. With progress comes some things we aren't proud of, and it is very hard to retrogress from where we are now.
I understand where you are coming from with these ideas, though even without them, there still would've been an earthquake and tsunami. The damage would have been less, but it still would have happened. It is just the way things are.
1. Yes, doing something that uses 30% of its potential engergy instead of something like fossil fuels which pollute the air and only use .00002% of its potential energy is very stupid. Ever hear of do it right and :modedit: won't hapen?Quote:
