Okay so pictures aside, I'm just going to say don't lower your standards at all, who gives a rip about looks as long as you have chemistry. But also make sure that you can live with there character... Speaking from second hand experience when my grandparents first met they both looked fairly attractive (odd thought considering there my grand parents ugh) now my grandma is still a beauty and my grandpa has a beer belly and is an alcoholic ass to boot... Looks shouldn't matter as much as how a person treats you... How they look could just be the icing on the top in some circumstances ;)Quote:

I never understood Wilma's attraction to Fred. He embodied all the traits that would make me refer to a guy as a "caveman" today. Kevin James is kind of sweet though, in a man-teddy kind of way, in some of his roles.

I saw a new show last night and it has caused me to modify my original hypothesis. I now would like to assert this rule: if the wife is overweight, the husband must be morbidly obese. For example:

Yes I'm very shallow and I'm no catch myself really.
I don't really get the fat guy/hot chick match these cartoons and comedy's have. I couldn't date a guy that looks like he ate his last girlfriend. As well as I couldn't date a guy who's biceps are bigger than my head. Also, a guy doesn't have to have perfect teeth but if he smiles and i see 3 of them on top of each other then there's a problem.
Sometimes I do make exceptions. Mainly do to low self-esteem and the fact that I don't want to be alone while watching everyone else all hugged up and kissy faced.
Guess I lower my standards a lot compared to some.
