Ed Edd n' Eddy
Invader ZIM
both great cartoons.
The tv show Friends :D
Jericho
Survivors (both original and remake)
Firefly should have been mentioned by now.
stargate atlantis -_-
I want to say Lonestar.
But since only 2 episodes were ever shown on TV, I may be disagreed with.
I hate the mass media viewing public so much for not being able to handle good shows.
Heat Vision and Jack & Arrested Development
The Critic. It was like a more tasteful, more intellectual family guy of the early 90s.
Al Jean and Mike Reiss were the two main guys behind The Critic. They were show runners for The Simpsons during it's glory heyday of Season 3. At the end of season 2 through the end of season 3 basically every person except Matt Groening that worked at Simpsons was offered a production deal by bigger networks (keep in mind that FOX at that time was not considered a major network. They had Married With Children, 21 Jump Street and the Simpsons and no other popular shows) and left to make their own shows. Almost none of them made it to the air, except for Jean and Reiss' The Critic which was produced by Disney.
During the Simpsons season 3, Jean and Reiss basically did everything on every episode. They had a writing team, but every script and animation was tweaked by these two before it aired. When they left to make The Critic they took with them the same style that season 3 Simpsons had which was later copied by Family Guy; completely obscure and random pop culture and movie references and homages that pop up out of nowhere and have nothing to do with the actual plot of the episode.
The reason I'm telling you this, SbD, is because it pains me to see you compare The Critic to The Family Guy. The Critic is just a continuation of Season 3 style Simpsons jokes by the same two guys who wrote and produced the third season of the Simpsons and The Family Guy is just Seth McFarlane copying their style and taking it to a level where...honestly, it lost it's humor after about a year.
I'll admit I thought it was hilarious the first season, but...yeah I'll take South Park anyday over Family Guy.
This doesnt hold a candle to the aforementioned shows, but I for one was dissapointed that Human Target was cancelled after only two seasons, I wasnt really drawn to televison in my earlier years so that is all I have to offer on this subject :D
Pillars of the Earth is over - NO :( They should have continued on to World Without End.
One of the most underrated shows that was out there, I just dont think people got the humour out of it.
Seinfeld. Surprised this was not mentioned, but it was cancelled for good reason ( So it didn't go distasteful like family guy and Simpsons turn out to be, rolling in unfunny plots.)
Yes and yes
Arrested Devolpment was a great show... That episode with Tobias playing a 'mole' is a top 10 in my book, I'm suprised I forgot all about it
I dont tihink Seinfeld belongs in this category, as the creators pulled the plug themselves for the very reason that you stated
Oh and just for lolz

All about wording luke, It was a great show that got cancelled, so yes it does fit :) It didn't get stale yet, so it was still great.
My favorite arrested development probably has to be the one with the boat ermm, where buster heads in the water and meats another seal thing lol. Been awhile, I should re-watch em
I'd call it more than a slight difference. I can't respect anyone who enjoys watching 'Whose Line Is It Anyways?"
Greg Proops.
Worst comedian ever.
You guys probably all have different tastes from me but in the past year alone shows that I liked that got cancelled were:
Off the Map on ABC
Breaking In on Fox
Huge on Abc Family
otherwise in the past...
Higher Ground on Abc Family
Andromeda (well not that it got cancelled but that the main writer got thrown and that completely ruined the last few seasons...)
October Road
Birds of Prey
Big Cat Diary
Honestly, I cant say I watched a lot of the show ( it was good from what I saw) but is he a regular ? I only saw him once, and I know he isn't good, by any means. The weakest there, but I thought he was in a guest appearance or something.. Regardless of him, I find it hard you hate the show so overly because of his participation.
He was on every episode crappy.
Why are you bringing that show up in this thread?
Four (including Drew) reputational actors are better then one bad one, that show was good regardless of your hate to one actor, you shouldn't hate a show based just on him, that's no excuse.
You mentioned underrated shows, I didn't/dont know how popular it turned out to be.
That 70's show....
Wow, you have terrible taste in everything, crappy.
Whose Line Is It Anyways and That 70s Show were both VERY popular and VERY unfunny.
Mass market drivel aimed at the lowest common denominator.
Yes, I remember very well why I hate you.
I didn't like That 70s Show... wasn't my kinda humor. However, Whose Line Is It Anyways (from the few episodes I saw) was hilarious, never saw one with this Greg person though...
This episode with Robin Williams guest starring is ridiculous, your ribs will hurt haha, if you don't find this funny then your opinions in comedy are henceforth un-credible:
Part1
Part2
Part3
(Song part isn't that great tho -.-)
Penn and Teller: Bullsh*t.
I was really gutted they canned it.
I was gonna say firefly, but it got mentioned in the 3rd post or so :P
I was really sad when Prison Break ended
that was like my ultimate favorite show that's ever actually made me cry like a baby
I also, miss 7th Heaven for some reason I really liked it
Stargate Universe. It started out horrible, but by the second half of the first season it easily ranked as my favorite Stargate. I cannot believe that it got canceled after two seasons. If it had died after the first I would understand, but the second was truly amazing. Ah well, I blame the T.V. rating systems that don't count DVR views and internet views.
all the old loony tunes cartoons. (Living in australia and NOT owning pay tv, They dont run here anymore :( i have had a sad since they stopped em.)
seriously, Who doesnt love the old greats, bugs bunny, Elma Fudd,Silvester and Tweety, ECT.
Actually.. to delve further from the Firefly aspect.... anything made by Joss Whedon
F YOU FOX!
Star trek....(all of them) so sad (big trekker)
