I use the amount of gold used to heal troops as a benchmark, for what is good news harvesting NPC10.
Anything under 25K is fine. That is the troops loss is low and not as costly.

to many bars in that city for my taste need more pop more insta troops lol
Sorry, i dont get the question, what are you asking?
OK
You are harvesting a B10.
The attack occurs and there are wounded troops to heal, 10% of losses.
So the amount of gold used to heal reflects how costly the harvest was.
Therefore less gold, less troops consumed.
The question is, what is an efficient B10 harvest, the benchmark in my case is
<25K in gold to heal.
Is this matched by others ?
Is this an effective measure of losses ?
Hmm this is an interesting take on measuring b10 efficeny. Does anyone know how much gold each troop takes to heal?
I know.. I edited the post right after I said it -.-
I was thinking of writing a mega efficeny guide, if you have some models/theroies send me a pm and we can maybe figure this out. I can vaugly remember this gold standard idea bouncing around a while back, but I disagreed with it on basis that it was taking into account fluctuations in the market. However, if the gold needed to cure troops is fixed then I think this is the way to go in terms of determining who wins/losses battles. If someone could repeat Grunky's tests on another server and post it would be great :)
Also does anyone have any idea where the amount of god needed to cure each troop comes from?
I am not really into the heavy math side but if there is an agreement that 25K or 22K is good value, this does not vary with the price of lumber iron food and remains a constant.
So some ways of harvesting are complex, other are warrior scout archer trans.
I have gone away from a complex to a simple batch of troops.
shhh its a secret, the key to playing this game is to gain as much pres as possible.
K I think I figured it out but its gonna take me a bit of time to put everything together into equation form and do a couple tests, when I finally get around to it I will repost
no actualy prestige doesnt mean anything. what matters is how fast u can rebuild your troops.Quote:

....should not be measured in gold or any other form, except, experience for your hero...which is, of course, priceless!!!!
Gold was never a issue to me .. I would pay my gold for time ..time?? time in building troops
It is rather a benchmark for the efficiency of the attack, the lower healing cost, the more efficient the harvesting thus the less troops to be replaced.
Experience is on the troops and defence taken out in the B10 by my understanding.
Rather than add up the losses and try to work out is a warrior worth a % of an archer and so many scouts are at value to so many archers.
It is quick imperfect measure of the success of the B10 harvest in my view.
I like the idea of gold as a form of measurement. Although, the true cost to replace the specific troops lost is relative to market conditions it does provide value for the measurement of the overall wave efficiency. Also, since the replacement cost (in gold) of troops is standard across servers it can be used as a general form of measurement.
imho...
