The Gentlemen's Lounge

As I have forgotten to make it known in my original post, I now wish to edit in my vote for the board of Trustees. In spite of our rivalry for the position of Megas Domestikos of the Byzantine Empire, I, Basileus Autokratōr Kryos Flavius Heraclius Augustus The Younger, wish to place my vote in favor of the popular election of the enlightened Conrad Jalowski for reasons including, but not limited to, his soaring and passionate intelligence, a strong moral compass guided by the hand of philosophy and misguided rationalism, and his open mindedness in all things. I feel that he will make a worthy member of such an esteemed establishment as the Board of Trustees and I am completely certain that he will help guide this lounge of gentlemen in a golden age of fairness and prosperity.

To touch upon your first inquiry, there are only three trustees and therefore only three votes. Neither the Paradigm nor the Magistrate can vote unless in emergencies. As Board Magistrate, my intention is the preservation of the Board and it's expeditious obligation.

Emergency ascendance is the ability of the Paradigm to temporarily absorb the duties of the Magistrate. JDM could initiate ascendance for a variety of reasons, some acceptable while others are not. It is quite possible for him to do so in such situations, but it's original purpose would be when I am incapacitated or otherwise absent.

I will be leaving the voting process open until the close of this week.

I wish not to upset any gentlemen, but I shan't hold back my own opinions for the sake of others. This has always been a philosophy I hold belief in, this has always been a notion I practice. So I shall say it. I can only hope the gentlemen receive my words graciously.


The usual sweet and succulent candy, of the airhead kind, boost my spirits. However, the airhead, of a 'watermelon' kind, disgrace not only the entirety of airhead candies, but also any and all watermelon candies in existence. I was shocked, horrified, to suffer through the detestable taste.
Tell me, gentlemen, what say have you on this matter, if any?

It is of my opinion the only good type of sweet goes by another title, Lemonhead.It is the supreme confection.

Oh, dear sir, I must agree that candies of the lemon head sort are quite the delectable treat.

I find their flavor to be a mixture of a sweet lemon with an added zest of more divine lemon. It is ambrosia, the nectar of the gods.
