Really Poor Customer Service
Evony this is really poor. You have I'm sure 100's of players that are still unable to log into the server (as in our alliance we have at least 10). All you are giving us is standard responses to clear our cache etc which does not work. When you do escalate the issue to a technical department you indicate it will take 5 business days to look at the issue. This is pathetic.
Your attempt at appeasing us with a few coins and amulets as we lose or troops and as our team mates attempt to keep our accounts running for us is ridiculous. Are the coins so we can holiday because you just don't know how to fix the issue or because you don't want to admit that you've done something wrong? The other issue is that we don't have the coins yet. Therefore can't use them to holiday to save our troops until you can resolve this little mess.
I just have to ask if there is an alliance on the server paying one of your adminstrators to keep players out so they can be easily annihilated. Is there an ulterior motive in this? Surely you don't want as many players as you current have totally disillusioned with:
1. your ability to keep your servers on line with deliverable standards of gameplay.
2. some form of customer service which I have to say is currently non-existent.
It's a recipe for disaster. you're slowly losing business. I suppose you've been wondering why people aren't buying your Summer solstice deal. We're over it Evony. Why keep throwing good money at something that just doesn't work?
