Just want to say thanks for the package : ) i know some people lost a lot and thats unfortunate.
I did see a suggestion someone gave. stating that if the server goes down all should be locked out. this is a reasonable idea.this way we don't loose players. I have heard a few people yesterday and today quit because of their losses.some good people and players are gone.

I may be new here to the forum, but I am not new to the game. I would however like to express a concern as this seems to never really go away. BUT Evony claims they have fixed the server problems for many a month?s (Last 2 years actually). I would like to clarify that this issue has not only NOT been resolved but has in fact gotten worse. So you try to excite us and offer up a package as compensation, rather I would ask that you fix the darn server. Take the server down until it is fixed 100%, not this half arssed fixes. Then there wouldn?t be a need for compensation packages. Support tickets after tickets are submitted and all we get is a "clear your cache" solution. This ends up being the only resolution the techs can supply us, then days later the server crashes. Before you "Evony" and its wisdom decided to make Super Servers, this issue wasn?t near as bad as it is now. We can?t even time attacks properly (unless your using one of those ?helper programs) people talk about. You can?t always blame us for internet connections ect, when the majority of the server has the same issue. And to that end I will stop my rant as I know I am wasting forum space (even more so (my time)) on a situation that hasn?t been fixed and probably won?t ever get fixed.

Thanks for the goodwill gesture the coins are appreciated but those of us that lost hundreds of millions in food and thousands of troops, this will take months to recover. Very frustrating playing a game that continues to run even when it's not running

ya, im on the same server as cummins (ss57), and it has yet to be fixed.
All of evony goes down a few hours, and Everybody gets 100cents and 10 amulets.
ss57 has been unplayable for weeks and months, and they give us 500k food and 5 amulets.
Every click takes 10-30seconds for a response from the server. How come you give ss57 this crap compensation package for a problem we've endured MUCH longer, and everybody else gets Overly compensated?

and what about all the people who can't login? Its not their cookies and cache. I had to help a friend who was behind a router Clone his MAC Address onto his router just so he could login. Others may be lucky enough to try for a few hours, attemptng to login, and sometimes get lucky.
Fix it already, or take it down until you do!

And here we go again! Cant log the site for the 2nd time this week! Enough is enough and 100 cents isn't gonna do it. I spend enough on this site to make it easy to laugh off 100 cents. Its time to do something substantial and meaningful for the members that keep getting hosed!
Evony this is really poor. You have I'm sure 100's of players that are still unable to log into the server (as in our alliance we have at least 10). All you are giving us is standard responses to clear our cache etc which does not work. When you do escalate the issue to a technical department you indicate it will take 5 business days to look at the issue. This is pathetic.
Your attempt at appeasing us with a few coins and amulets as we lose or troops and as our team mates attempt to keep our accounts running for us is ridiculous. Are the coins so we can holiday because you just don't know how to fix the issue or because you don't want to admit that you've done something wrong? The other issue is that we don't have the coins yet. Therefore can't use them to holiday to save our troops until you can resolve this little mess.
I just have to ask if there is an alliance on the server paying one of your adminstrators to keep players out so they can be easily annihilated. Is there an ulterior motive in this? Surely you don't want as many players as you current have totally disillusioned with:
1. your ability to keep your servers on line with deliverable standards of gameplay.
2. some form of customer service which I have to say is currently non-existent.
It's a recipe for disaster. you're slowly losing business. I suppose you've been wondering why people aren't buying your Summer solstice deal. We're over it Evony. Why keep throwing good money at something that just doesn't work?
Having been one of the lucky ones who was on during most of the downtime, I lost nothing. I was also lucky enough to notice the outage quickly, so I dared not close my browser.

I'm sure there was more than one player who was alerted by their alliance they they were being attacked, but who were unable to log in to defend. I can see a scenario where through no no fault of their own, a player could have lost far more than troops and cities. If I had had the misfortune to lose a top hero, and the person or persons who took advantage of the situation were being "compensated" for my loss, I would be screaming all kinds of unladylike things right now.
I will glady accept those cents and ammies, but in the future, perhaps twould be wiser and more fitting for evony to immediately kick EVERYONE off of all servers, and freeze them.

A rollback seems the best fix to me, had it been done right away, might be a bit late for that though.

lol i guess i am missing something lol but the server i am on is having no lag and peeps can log on normal and love the package offered and are increadible happy there is NO rollback... why does everyone always seem to want a rollback... because in my experience ( I experienced a rollback a while ago) it causes only more problems then it fixes. the rollback got a load of peeps to quit because of the rollback. the time lost in the rollback did it for them and they quit because of that. So IMO a rollback has to be the very very very very last solution to a problem. but then again that is just me and my servers ideas lol.
