Machinery has countless applications. Depending on the design and layout, machinery can produce any number of products comprised of many components and out many types of materials.
Mechanics, on the other hand, are used for log-ranged attacks which cause massive damage or short-ranged attacks used for breeching defenses... theoretically.
well game wise the desriptipn
every upgrade enhances fortifications repair rate
so i would think casualty towers would be put back up but not so
It repairs a percentage of all traps lost except towers.
prolly be nice to put the tower part in the description somewhere then
I have been pondering this myself.
Because all fortifacations are triggered and detonated, Archer towers being the exception they wouldn't qualify for repair.
How many Archer Towers you gain back from lost ones is up in the air.
End conclusion? Put it at the bottom of the Queue, in terms of research priority.
i've researched it up to level 6 and it's proven 100% worthless
the most it ever regenned was a couple hundred traps and a couple of rolling logs
been attacked countless times and it's never regenned a single rockfall or archer tower
it's a broken game mechanic and you shouldn't waste resources on it
it's one of those things to research when everything else is done...
At level ten it has regened some of all fort units for me. It will only regen a portion of the remaining units. So if you lose all of your AT's or whatever you won't get any of those back. At the lower levels of the tech it did seem to only regen regen traps and abatis but I know it was bringing back towers at level 10.
