Yet another thread about the amulet... However, unlike all its precedents, this one is not about proving that the amulet has a "technique", but that it doesn't. In other words, that it is random. Don't rush to your quick reply panel just yet! Continue on reading. Please.
Of course, I'm not going to get into screenshot proofs. They're a waste of time, as they can't really prove anything except that you got lucky (this would settle the rest of the threads, but, eh.. nobody seems to reply to these unlucky persons).
Therefore, I'm proposing something simpler (or not, depending on how lazy you are): a small, cute, lovely little excel spreadsheet. You open it, and you press F9 to refresh.
Every time you refresh, magic happens, and the spreadsheet shows you 3 major results: how many "Regular", "Respectable", "Premium" and "Jackpot" slots you've won in sets of 1 wheel roll, 10 wheel rolls and 20 wheel rolls.
Once you've done that, it should be clear enough in your head that the wheel is random. There is a higher chance of getting "good" stuff if you roll the wheel more times, but only because you're doing it more times. Not because it was programmed that way. That's also why some people roll it 20 times in a row and still get nothing but crap.
And now... let the magic.. begin!
