I think space needs a "Space Dump Truck" of sorts. Not a bad idea really, hell I would drive the dang thing. Might even write a proposal for just that. I mean, why not? As long as Space Agencies keep sending junk up, there will be a need to clean it up, imho.
A couple of countries have thought of doing it actually and they say it would be worth the Money KA but I don't know why they haven't yet....
