This hurts more than helps
In just about every alliance I have been in across many different servers you have players in the alliance that grow faster in prestige than others. some members are just not as skilled in attacking as others or have time constraints that leave them less time to grow as fast as others, or some are here more for the social aspect, for those smaller players what we have always done is had them send extra resources to the big hitters so that they can keep building troops or they send reins to help someone being attacked, but in order to do this the prestige cant be more than 2.99% different or (depending on difference) you can lose up to half of troops or more and resources being sent. Or say someone is being attacked and you want to send reins. Either way this new rule of 72 hour cooldown kills us being able to prestige dump to keep ALL of our alliance members close so that we can help out with such things. Now we cant even help our own alliance out, that is just not right!!! If you plan to keep this ridiculous rule then at least take away the prestige difference losses so that we can continue to help out our members!
What is so wrong with giving away a city that you have taken from enemy!! Or passing an NPC that you capped to get another player closer to the battles cuz they cant/wont pay money for your porters (remember free forever, right!!). or giving a hero to someone to help them make troops a wee bit faster.. if you attack a player and cap the city you might even get their hero and with enough gold and medals you can persuade it.. so what is so wrong doing it within the alliance.
Just let us play! the more you keep doing stupid stuff like this and captchas the more people you run off..
@Khan - same here.. only 2 people have bought packages to give out the turkey things.. and once upon a time, would have gotten more than you could use. very sad state of affairs :(
