To DawnSeeker or Thantium
Id like an answer as to why Im being Ignored by Evony customer service, Ive filed several tickets about my city and hero Evony took from me.
Ive been very patient and have now waited 58 of the 60 days you told me I had to wait.
I cant get reply from customer service, Ive contacted Dawnseeker on here and been ignored so my only option has to been to post here.
Evony has admitted that the problem was their end so why cant the account be restored?
I cant seem to get a clear answer as to when or even if it will be restored.
Ive spent time and a lot of money on this account and its useless without that hero..... Ive even had account in holiday while Ive been trying to resolve this matter.
To make matters worse on the one ticket I'd filed they even sent me a link for a customer satisfaction survey,( talk about adding insult to injury), when I loaded link it told me it was not valid because my ticket was over 30 days old.
Ive been trying now since the 19th of December to get some clear answer about what is happening and only replies Ive had are to be patient, now Im sorry but if this problem had been caused by me fair enough I would have let it drop but because it was caused by a "known issue" on Evonys part then I think some sort of reply is in order, or at very least furnish me with an email for your mother company so I can take the matter further.:soapbox:
