Customer Service implies that a company from which you pay for services care about the customer...It implies that they listen to the customer and try and come up with REAL solutions to the problem affecting the service that the customer has paid for
It implies it actually has a SERVICE for CUSTOMERS
It does NOT imply that the customer shall be given the same standard answer month after month...It does not imply that all customers are wrong and that when they all have lag that it's their internet provider/connection/lack of clearing cookies
but hey, Im just a customer so what would I know
