I newly find myself constantly refreshing the evony homepage as everyday :mad: and try to login on s160. :flame:
Is it possible there could be a more precise time to expect the delay of maintenance? Is it difficult for evony to know how long maintenance will take or is the non specified reset period on purpose to keep players honest? :confused:
i no peeps complain alot but i lost 2m =+ troops and now got 12hrs free food that for 6 hrs of it i couldnt login *REALLY* u want us to move onto the new servers by fixing something that wasnt broke because you ran out of hardware to open a new sever and patched us on another server kind of sad we spend the money for no result u have a laundry closet of hardware severs and WOW has a whole office of servers to run what peeps pay for TBH u dont care as long as u get the coin at the start the game was un-playable for 36hrs u give 12 hrs free food *that fair* ask yourselfs i not comming back and see where u end up much like ss2 when u bot banned everyone then now as it is in your best inteests u never did it again as the spenders left get a grip and offer something ffs u get enough about time u spend your money on the hardware needed to run the game u promote everywhere its getting old server 160 had no probs till your budget didnt allow for the new server so u had to merge hardware lets be honest here

I'm outraged at the lack of customer service provided to us,the players of server 160..I started the server on day 1 and hung in there throughout the first episode with the lag and such..A lot of my friends left and charged back the money they spent,I guess they were smarter than me.I have spent a great deal of money on this and other servers, but your lack of respect to the consumer is inexcusable.
~First and foremost,Myself and several other alliance members lost troops to refuge due to not being able to log in for a few days. Evony, you ignored the problem as always you made a typical generic statement that greatly understated the issue.Then you have the nerve to suggest that its the players internet connection that is the problem! Outrageous!
~Secondly, Once "evony" finally admits there is a problem with the server.The compensation is 12 hours of free food?? That was the very least you could have done,the very least.While it did keep me from having more refuge of troops than would of happened otherwise it in no way feels like an acceptable or adequate compensation.Remember who butters your bread Evony...
~Lastly,I truly believe like Oneman stated above once the server gets "older" Evony does not provide support.Many people feel like Evony purposefully neglects the server in order to have people move to newer servers,where they will more likely spend more money.Makes sense, does it not? I for one promise that I will not spend any amount of money on this server or any other until I feel that Evony steps up the customer service issues..

I totally understand you guys are upset and I'm sorry we haven't got things completely settled as quickly as we'd like. These servers have a very large number of users and are under a heavy load. We're working to optimize them and improve the situation and we have made improvements recently. We're also continuing to monitor the server to make sure things don't go bad again.
that answer still doesnt help all the players on 160 that have lost troops, cities, heroes etc etc because of the last few days inaction by evony
160 deserves a nice compensation package for the crap we put up with over the last couple of days
i feel those that have lost troops due to no logging in and farming are not being compensated at ALL. also a few players were online and hitting others when 98% of players were locked out. how is that fair? Give us a rollback to b4 the problems.
I actually didnt suffer refuge as i just started back on the server and don't have the troops to refuge yet lol. But to be fair, compensate those players or give a rollback.
on side note: Server is down again!
This is ridicolous. It's easy to fix these things, and if you have a single programmer in your staff, he/she could tell you just how simple it is.
The fact that problems keep appearing all the time, along with glitches and other stuff it takes you forever to fix, just proves that Evony really aint working on solutions.
Im guessing the whole aether crap Thalin blew outta proportion is taking staff time instead of fixing the "little things".
