I agree with you!! If you arent on 160 we really do not need your comments...
Consider for one minute what us on 160 are dealing with having a server that is unplayable and the frusteration we feel for the time and $$ we have spent to play (and to those who havent coined). It is poor service and no acknowledgement from evony regarding the continued issues is annoying.

I found the above comment in forums - not even in the 160 forums - no word of an update - no word of why there has been no update posted in news feed, blogs or forums despite server being down for almost 4 hours now
Despite automated ticket response from evony telling us to check in all the above-mentioned forums/feeds - they do not even adhere to this themselves
So no wonder we are a frustrated mass of players!!
well thats good that they took the time to look at the problem 4hrs later
Im begining to think this is the only way to appease the most amount of people in the hopes they can retain customers.
That is what other businesses do when they sell a faulty product. The refund thier customers in the hopes they continue to shop there. If Evony refunds me the money I psent I may be willing to continue to purchase their product. By refund I mean they decide to refund and not I took steos to retrieve my money via chargeback or paypal dispute.
well I sure am glad I wasted another truce agreement to stop some low life from taking advantage of the non playability to scratch my newly installed stainless steel wall coverings. Good news is at this rate of repair - I will be able to feed my troops when we are able to log in most likely, well add to the stores anyway
