Now they say the keys will be available in "The Shop". They're not there, and rumor has it they won't be available except as a cash purchase, thereby stymying everyone who either bought double cents to get keys later or has been saving their time-earned cents for keys. Without saying as much, they've shifted from a free-to-play to a pay-to-win model. At any rate, here it is after maintenance and there are no keys to be seen for cash or cents. Like most other long-term players, this is sadly pretty well what we've come to expect from the Evony business model and philosophy. This latest turn is just another in the long list of moves we've seen like robo-responses to complaints, lack of active dev involvement in the game, opening new servers while neglecting tech and cheat problems and so on. It's that good old fly-by-night, start strong and let it slide, sucker-born-every-minute business model popular in developing countries. They know that newer and better free browser games are coming out, so we'll probably see more desperate cash grabs coming before the bottom drops out and they padlock the doors without notice.
