The datacenter power outage crashed our database. Our techs worked to rebuild it but we had to go to the backup for a few servers, which is what the rollback means. Nevertheless, we have transaction details for all the purchases that took place, so everything will be re-delivered.

well they fixed this problem 20mins go but didnt replace compensation packages people lost or give coiners another compensation package for the inconveniance other that that its sortd now

they replaced my coins and valentines package on 171 only thing they didnnt do was the 2 compensation packages i lost
are u serious evony? sending a mail saying valentines deals are nearly done.
try to keep up with things please, these deals ended 2 days ago when everything stopped working.
Maybe you guys asre hoping people are stupid enough to keep spending money on something they wont ever get.

Valentine's Day deals are still going through tomorrow. I just checked a few random servers as well as the servers that were rolled back and everything looks like it's working right.
I'm investigating this now. If the comp packages were delivered during the rolled-back period, then we'll need to re-deliver those.
I just bought a key on 159. Worked just fine! If you're having trouble, please try the sequence we often recommend:
1. Close all Evony windows.
2. Clear your cache and cookies.
3. Start Evony again.
